Hello
I'm Sundee Stone. I'm a Family Life Educator, Personal Development and Healthy Relationship Coach, and future LCSW. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Family and Human Services and am currently pursuing a Master of Social Work. My Clinical Training includes Levels 1 and 2 of Gottman Method Couples Therapy and certification as a High Performance Coach.

Along with my professional training, I bring over 37 years of lived experience and a deep passion for helping individuals, couples, and families build strong foundations and thriving connections.
My Story
I grew up under the beautiful desert sunsets of Mesa, Arizona where I learned three important truths early in life: cockroaches can grow to the size of dinosaurs, food tastes better wrapped in a fresh tortilla, and family means everything!
Some dreams begin quietly and wait patiently for their time.
Mine began at the age of 17, as I sat mesmerized, listening to Doctor Lynn Scoresby speak about families and relationships at Mesa Community College. In that moment, I knew two things: I wanted to have a family and children of my own more than anything else in the world - and I wanted to become a Marriage and Family Counselor. That desire deepened as I began working with abused children at a local Child Crisis Shelter.
Before the end of my Sophomore year in college, I met my husband, fell in love, and together we began the sacred journey of building a family. Over the next 37+ years we moved to Utah and welcomed eleven beautiful children into our lives. During those years, my education was lovingly placed on hold as I devoted my heart and energy to raising our family and navigating the unique joys and challenges of real family life.
Now, with rich life experience and a deep understanding of relationships, I have returned to complete my education and fulfill the second part of that calling. I feel deeply humbled and grateful to be doing work that I love - helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen the foundations that support healthy relationships and personal development.
As Anne Frank once wrote:
"The important thing is this: To be able at any moment
to sacrifice what we are for what we could become."
Through teaching, coaching, and workshops, I share practical, research-informed tools that help people communicate more effectively, manage emotions, build resilience, and create deeper connection in their lives.
My goal is to create a warm, thoughtful environment where people feel safe to explore, learn, and grow - and where they can leave feeling more confident, empowered, and grounded in themselves and their relationships.

Wherever you are in your story right now, it matters - and it's not too late to create something stronger, healthier, and more connected. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you strengthen your life and grow your relationships.
You don't have to do this alone.
I offer online coaching and workshops nationwide, as well as in-person coaching and workshops throughout the state of Utah.
